All orders in stock are shipped within 1 business day via USPS, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. Domestic (U.S.) orders generally arrive within 1-2 business days once shipped. International orders take an average of 2 weeks to arrive.

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from the Pocket Tripod store:

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your order to initiate a return request for an item.

Only items that have been purchased directly from the Pocket Tripod online store (www.pocket-tripod.com) can be returned to us. Pocket Tripod products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
