3. Once you locate the transaction on PayPal, click on "Resolution Center" or "Report a problem" under the "Need help?" section.
4. Select the first option if the seller still hasn't sent you anything, or the second option if they have sent you anything other than an authentic Pocket Tripod.
4. a) If nothing was received from the scam website, copy & paste the following text in the "Provide additional information" field:
This company sold me a product called the "Pocket Tripod PRO" by Geometrical. After waiting a long time, the product has not yet arrived. Upon further investigation online, I've found out that many other customers are also complaining that this company is committing fraud by advertising and selling a product that they physically do not have, and which cannot ship. I request that I be fully refunded for this purchase immediately.
4. b) If you received anything other than an authentic Pocket Tripod PRO from the scam website, copy & paste the following text in the "Provide additional information" field:
This company sold me a product called the "Pocket Tripod PRO" by Geometrical. After receiving the item, it is clear beyond a doubt that this is a counterfeit and not the original as was advertised. As you can see in the attached screenshot of the product page, they were using product images from the original product (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07FT1ZS5B). But as you can see in the provided photo evidence, this is not the same product, and is also missing the original brand's trademark (Geometrical Pocket Tripod). Upon further investigation online, I've found out that many other customers are also complaining that this company is committing fraud by advertising and selling a fake items as originals. I request that I be fully refunded for this purchase immediately.
4. b) Also be sure to attach two images to the form. A screenshot of the product page from the scam website taken from the list above, and a picture of the fake item received.
