You have 90 calendar days from the date you received your order to initiate a return request for an item.

Only items that have been purchased directly from the Pocket Tripod online store (www.pocket-tripod.com) can be returned to us. Pocket Tripod products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
